We would like to thank Sean and Mike for being able to come out so quickly, to assess the situation and be able to replace our garage door so quickly. Our original door had so many issues we were lucky it was still functioning when Ponderosa Doors arrived.
Our door is now so quiet! It’s amazing to have this beautiful door, for it to be so quiet and easy to use. You guys are amazing! We will always recommend you to anyone in need of your services.

My garage door wasn't opening, and kirk turned up to my house to diagnose and then fixed it. I had called the Pondersoa number, and they managed to arrange Kirk to come to my place within an hour, and he fixed my garage door within another 2 hrs.. I booked Ponderosa after reading so many 5 star reviews and they did not disappointed.

Teal came to our home and did the initial assessment and gave us a quote. He gave us honest feedback and multiple options so that we could move forward with a garage door that fit our budget. He went as far as photoshopping a photo of the new door onto a photo of our current garage, so that we could see what the final result would look like.

Day of installation, Mike did a very thorough job and was very friendly and helpful making sure we could hook up our new door to the My Q app. So cool to be able to open and close our garage door from our phones.

With all the possible options out there these days it can feel very overwhelming with who to work with, but I’d work with Ponderosa again. They felt like family immediately!

Ponderosa Garage Doors replaced my garage door and opener 2+ years ago. I’ve been very happy with the door and opener. Today I had requested a tune-up and maintenance on the door. Kirk took care of the service- he was quick, friendly and knowledgeable. Also, I booked the appointment via the website.
